Wow exactly 1 month from last post ... time fly ... time pass ...

just go through 5 days of training ... 2 + 3 ... wow and as usual, all my previous training I will like to joke down the note in the blog ... hhaha hopefully I can do the same for this round in next few days ... :)

Is a new thing, then must change ... only by change then we can discover new things ..

So to change other, then we must change our self first ..
So try first, nothing is easy ..
never try never know, in malay version will be belum try belum tau ... sekali try hari hari mau :)
