Meaning of Sandwich

There is this kind of job that are a bit sucks if you stuck in the middle ... but I know this is the process, from bottom, to middle to top ... hahha just wonder when the top will come and are you learn to climb the leader to the top ? Or just do your regular works and be happy ? Whereas in the middle always like a sandwich ... your job is sucks, your life is sucks, you get nothing, but you give a lot of thing, no one appreciate you, no one care you .. you choose to be sandwich .... hmm is a conspiracy .. where the interviewing session topics is totally different .. as it still executive with nothing ... hmm is a lesson is a journey, learn learn and learn ... ...
