Have to once a while did something "wrong" where the "wrong" actually bring the benefits for myself .. get myself being notify and acknowledge ... that's the tactic and reason ...

Like the report I want someone to see or recognized, but no people willing to do .. then I must take action to do it myself, is not something bad, but something you wish to "share" with the "hidden" benefits to yourself ..
