1 Week

Time pass fast ... finished the first week of my training so last 3 days on next week hmm ... a group of 16 people, some from fresh grad, some from other bank .. all age just around 20+ hmm so ... haha got one thing very funny I would like to write down, is there is one colleague who are my customer last time hahah jialat, the world so small, she start an saving plan with me last two years ago, then I remember she say she is a tuition teacher that time .. now become banker and be my colleague and attend the training with me together ... wau ... you see anything can happens ... hmm so what we learn in this week .. 5c sales process I very like - create interest, rrr, centrate on customer needs, iq, customise benefit, scb, conquer objection, eq and close, care ... hmm every session every training there is a new thing to learn, just depends on how you absort those new knowledge and appliy it well on job and life :)
